About the position

The Customer Service/Fulfillment Associate at RegimenPro® plays a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience through efficient order fulfillment and shipping processes. This entry-level position offers flexibility in scheduling and opportunities for growth within a dynamic startup environment focused on medical-grade skincare products.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer orders promptly to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
  • Prioritize orders based on urgency and shipping method.
  • Locate and collect the correct products from inventory.
  • Pack orders securely to ensure items are delivered in perfect condition.
  • Generate and print accurate shipping labels using ShipStation or another software tool.
  • Ensure all shipping details are correct and double-check labels before shipment.
  • Organize orders by carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for smooth shipping.
  • Perform routine inventory checks to ensure popular products remain in stock.
  • Help restock shelves as new products arrive and maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Flag any out-of-stock or incorrect items and communicate with the team.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to resolve any issues and maintain operational flow.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product details, and shipping.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with order tracking, returns, and exchanges.
  • Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot order issues.
  • Use CRM tools like Gorgias to manage customer relationships and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of packages.
  • Proactively address customer issues related to delays, returns, and exchanges.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail to ensure orders are packed and shipped correctly.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Reliability in consistently showing up ready to contribute.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to take on new tasks and assist where needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in order fulfillment or customer service.
