The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work in a high-energy environment, with responsibilities including monitoring computerized passenger boarding and assisting customers with special needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
  • Monitor computerized passenger boarding
  • Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
  • Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
  • Operate the Jetway
  • Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives

Requirements

  • Successful completion of training course
  • Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous airline experience
  • Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider
