About the position
The Global Assistance Coordinator at Tokio Marine HCC is responsible for supporting the Global Response Center by managing various emergency, medical, and travel cases. Responsibilities
- Support the Global Response Center in managing emergencies, medical, and travel cases.
- Handle inbound triage calls and after-hour customer service inquiries.
- Facilitate payments for airline tickets, funeral home expenses, and other emergency travel needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Background in travel and hospitality industry, insurance claims processing, or foreign language skills are encouraged.
