Responsibilities

  • Answer heavy call volume in a remote call center environment
  • Answer patient questions and address concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Forward calls as necessary to alternate billing departments
  • Determine resolutions to customer issues while adhering to client rules and expectations
  • Follow through with all requests, which may require calling alternate parties, emailing or faxing information.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills with a basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Some insurance billing knowledge preferred (full training provided)
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure
  • Ability to manage large volumes of work while meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Punctual and dependable
