About the position

The Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative at FASTSIGNS is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for customers, managing sales activities from lead generation to project management. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with management and support teams to meet customer needs and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and telephone customers.
  • Work with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue.
  • Manage sales activities from lead generation through project management.
  • Provide consultative sales at the front counter.
  • Communicate detailed information via email, phone, and in person.
  • Consult, troubleshoot, and problem-solve to create signs for customers.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Schedule appointments as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Open to applicants with and without a college degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Direct experience in a sign company, particularly a FASTSIGNS franchise.
