Public Auctions of Texas is seeking a part-time Customer Service/Inventory Management representative to assist with online auctions in San Antonio. This role combines customer service and warehouse responsibilities, focusing on providing a positive experience for customers while managing inventory. The position is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble orders for retail customers on auction day (Saturday)
  • Assist customers with their orders and address any questions they may have
  • Treat all customers and coworkers in a helpful and professional manner
  • Help list items on the auction site using listing software and barcode scanner
  • Price and take photos of auction inventory

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and de-escalating skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team player
