About the position

Rowland Pest Management is seeking a full-time Customer Service Management / Pest Control Call Center Supervisor to lead our office team. This role is essential in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high call booking rates. The supervisor will coach and guide the customer service representatives (CSRs) while overseeing daily operations to meet department goals and uphold the company's commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities
