About the position

AquaTech Swim is currently seeking dedicated Customer Service Managers to oversee and maintain exceptional customer service and customer accounts at our swim school located in Concord, CA. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. We pride ourselves on providing full paid training to all our managers, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. The Customer Service Manager position offers a competitive pay range of $22 to $25 per hour, with a consistent 5-day workweek that includes at least one weekend day on a regular basis. The weekly shift options are designed to provide flexibility, with schedules available from Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and weekend shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role is based at our Concord Campus, located at 1220 Diamond Way, Concord, CA 94520. Successful candidates will be high school graduates aged 18 or older, with at least one year of proven customer service or leadership experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves interacting with diverse groups of people. Strong listening and problem-solving skills are also critical, as the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively. Additionally, we are looking for tech-savvy individuals who can quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, including iClass Pro, Slack, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately sharing company information through company blessed channels of communication.
  • Attract potential customers by answering questions about AquaTech Swim offerings.
  • Assist customers by creating accounts, modifying existing accounts, signing up for services, or updating account information.
  • Problem-solve and resolve customer complaints and find the best solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Keep our valued customers updated on lesson progress, goal achievements, and graduations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of proven customer service or leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new technology.
