The Insurance Agency Service Manager is responsible for overseeing customer service operations within a commercial property and casualty insurance agency. This role involves leading a team of Customer Service Representatives, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and utilizing advanced technology to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. The position also focuses on business management, including analyzing sales metrics and improving office processes to drive productivity and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Administer a robust lead generation system involving automated campaigns.
- Mentor, coach, guide, and train Customer Service Representatives, earning bonuses based on their performance.
- Collect and analyze daily sales metrics and improve office processes and standards.
- Ensure continual improvement of customer service standards.
- Implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
- Assist the team in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Operate advanced automation tools for appointment setting, client follow-up, lead management, and customer service management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a commercial property and casualty insurance agency.
