About the position

The Insurance Agency Service Manager is responsible for overseeing customer service operations within a commercial property and casualty insurance agency. The position also focuses on business management, including analyzing sales metrics and improving office processes to drive productivity and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Administer a robust lead generation system involving automated campaigns.
  • Mentor, coach, guide, and train Customer Service Representatives, earning bonuses based on their performance.
  • Collect and analyze daily sales metrics and improve office processes and standards.
  • Ensure continual improvement of customer service standards.
  • Implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
  • Assist the team in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Operate advanced automation tools for appointment setting, client follow-up, lead management, and customer service management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a commercial property and casualty insurance agency.
