Canteen is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to support our coffee operations across three markets in La Crosse, WI. This role is pivotal in ensuring client retention and satisfaction while overseeing various operational aspects of our service delivery. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for conducting site visits, assisting with grand openings, and ensuring compliance with both local and national account standards. This includes reviewing corporate compliance reporting and developing action plans to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. In addition to compliance, the manager will work closely with local management to create and implement an incremental sales plan tailored to each account, tracking performance to boost profitability. The role also involves coordinating efforts to enhance customer retention and improve the client experience at the point of sale. The Customer Service Manager will be tasked with building retail pricing opportunities, encouraging repeat sales through best practices, and introducing new products to drive revenue growth.
