In this role, the CSM will supervise and guide caregivers, manage employee scheduling, and proactively address any issues that arise. Maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients is crucial, as is ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping. The CSM will also conduct periodic home visits and safety checks to guarantee that clients receive the highest standard of care. Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field of study preferred.
  • Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
