About the position

The Customer Service Manager at Rubber Inc. is responsible for leading the customer service team, implementing targets and metrics, and ensuring exceptional service to customers. This role involves collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth, while also maintaining a supportive and communicative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team to design and execute the targets and metrics for the customer service team.
  • Track and report on target metrics to ensure the team is on track.
  • Build processes and procedures for the customer service positions to allow these positions to grow and thrive.
  • Collaborate with other managers and teams to research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain an open communication environment for the teams.
  • Use customer and sales team members feedback to generate ideas about new features or procedures.
  • Work with the outside sales team to assist in sales and customer service.
  • Research and identify new potential customers within target markets.
  • Reach out leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services to generate interest.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries from potential new and existing customers.
  • Communicate effectively with the customer on new and existing quotes and orders.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Use the system software to research and select the qualifying products and materials based on customer requests.
  • Process customer quotes and orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of the customer interactions using the CRM system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching new customers and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on product information, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in customer service or sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven work experience as a sales manager.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software and other sales tools.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
