About The Position

The Customer Service Manager at MDC Precision, LLC is responsible for overseeing a global team of customer service representatives. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives globally.
  • Receive requests for quotations, orders, and lead times from customers via telephone, email, or fax.
  • Make quotations on standard items and enter orders into the system.
  • Relay pertinent order information to customers and follow up on inquiries regarding delivery information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to handle purchase orders and provide service to customers.
  • Advise customers on various aspects of the product line.
  • Prepare forms for price quotations on items not contained in the price book and forward to the clerk for preparation.
  • Check with the credit department regarding the credit status of customers for rush orders.
  • Organize and manage the Lam Research consignment program to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with business development, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to fulfill customer demands.
  • Maintain forecasts, schedules, communications, metrics, and action items necessary for performance planning.
  • Act as the initial contact for investigating and resolving service-related issues.
  • Input accurate information into the order system and maintain customer account records.
