Wazee Crane, a division of Timken Drive Systems and Services, has an opening for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for managing all customer-related activities. This includes inquiry intake, quote creation, and customer communication. This position manages a team of customer service and/or supply chain analysts and reports into the Engineering Manager. The Customer Service Manager will oversee all customer-related activity, ensuring that the customer service team is effectively generating quotes based on customer inquiries and specifications. It is essential that all information is gathered to ensure accurate delivery. The manager will follow up on all open quote opportunities to maximize bookings and ensure that all customer quality and commercial terms and conditions are properly recorded in the order entry information, ensuring that the factory meets those requirements. Additionally, the manager will generate order progress reports as requested by customers and coordinate customer visits based on order requirements. As a factory liaison to customers for specific orders, the Customer Service Manager assures timely responses to all customers' needs and requests. This role may also involve performing necessary customer presentations during customer visits to the facility as required. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the overall objectives of the team and the company.
