About the position

As a Customer Service Manager at Ace Cash Express, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and impactful, whether they are visiting our store for the first time or have been loyal customers for years. You will be the face of our company, making a difference in customers' lives by listening to their needs and educating them about our services and products. In your daily activities, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, which includes educating customers on our various products, listening attentively to their needs, and maintaining the security of the store. You will also handle card services, process MoneyGram transactions, complete bill pay transactions, and cash checks. Your ability to multitask and manage numerous transactions efficiently will be crucial in this role. You will work independently for the majority of your shifts, ensuring that the store operates smoothly and that customers receive the assistance they need in a timely manner. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of cash handling experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • High-energy and positive, customer service-driven attitude.
