About the position

The Customer Service Manager at Advantus Corp is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing staff and providing problem-solving resources. Responsibilities

  • Ensure progress towards yearly department goals and manage the salary budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service and management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
