Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager, preferably within a grocery store environment.
• Strong skills in inventory management and sales management.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze data using retail math principles to drive decision-making.
• A commitment to fostering a team-oriented atmosphere focused on achieving common goals.
