The Human Happiness Manager at Sit Social is responsible for leading administrative and customer service initiatives, ensuring a 5-star experience for customers. Responsibilities

  • Deliver 5-Star Customer Service: Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Effective Communication: Respond promptly to calls, emails, texts, and in-person inquiries to keep our clients informed and engaged.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage administrative tasks including updating our Gingr software, creating training materials, and posting engaging content on social media.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer service
  • 2+ years in management
  • 1+ year in dog care
  • Familiarity with Gingr Pet Software
  • Experience with Canva
  • Proficient in Google Suite/Drive/Gmail
