Responsibilities include supervising and guiding caregivers who deliver direct care, managing employee scheduling, identifying problem situations, and implementing proactive solutions. The CSM will also maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients, ensuring that proper documentation and record-keeping are maintained. Periodic home visits and safety checks will be conducted to ensure the well-being of clients, further emphasizing the commitment to quality care.
