About the position

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) at All Ways Caring HomeCare plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and customer service. This position is designed for a self-motivated professional who possesses prior scheduling and management or supervisory experience. The CSM will thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing both client and employee needs with a sense of urgency. A friendly and compassionate demeanor is essential, as building positive relationships and partnerships is a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will be an experienced communicator and problem solver, well-organized and capable of handling various responsibilities that come with managing quality care and customer satisfaction. In this role, the CSM will oversee the quality of care provided to clients in their homes, ensuring that each individual's needs are met with personalized attention. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding caregivers who deliver direct care, managing employee scheduling, identifying problem situations, and implementing proactive solutions. The CSM will also maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients, ensuring that proper documentation and record-keeping are maintained. Periodic home visits and safety checks will be conducted to ensure the well-being of clients, further emphasizing the commitment to quality care. All Ways Caring HomeCare is dedicated to delivering compassionate and individualized care that allows people to remain in their homes while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the Caregivers who provide direct care to the clients served

  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field of study preferred (per regulatory requirements)
  • Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service skills
