Responsibilities

  • General account maintenance through various internal and external systems
  • Close merchant accounts in internal and external systems
  • Gather, file, save and scan documents when necessary
  • Interpret and route information to various teams as needed
  • Respond and process emails pertaining to job function
  • Research and compile information related to financial or administrative issues
  • Provide constructive feedback on process methods and suggest improvements
  • Update and maintain daily reports through Word and Excel

Requirements

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
