• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Office is a must.
• Must be honest, ethical, and represent the company professionally.
• Ability to provide 5-star customer service.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Accountable to metrics and willing to try new things to improve.
