Tide Cleaners is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Guest Service Representatives (GSR) for part-time and full-time positions in the southwest Minneapolis metro area. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service to clients picking up and dropping off their dry cleaning, ensuring a positive experience while working in a clean and vibrant environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, making it a great opportunity for college students or those looking for a second job.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers picking up and dropping off their clothes.
• Check in clothes for cleaning and process customer payments.
• Ensure a positive customer service experience for all clientele.
• Perform job tasks on your feet for extended periods.
• Operate a computer for data entry and customer processing.
