Customer Service/Office Clerk at Dry Cleaners and Laundry Supplies, Inc. is a vital role within our distribution company serving the dry cleaning industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented multitasker who embodies a team player attitude to manage a one-person office effectively. This position reports directly to the Branch General Manager and requires a candidate with strong attention to detail, proficient computer skills, and excellent customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure smooth office operations and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both over the phone and in person. You will handle the full Accounts Receivable cycle, which includes data entry of sales orders, daily invoicing, and posting of cash receipts. Additionally, you will prepare daily bank deposits and process credit card payments. Your responsibilities will also extend to Accounts Payable, where you will perform data entry of purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices. Basic filing tasks will also be part of your daily duties, ensuring that all documentation is organized and easily accessible. We are looking for someone who not only has the technical skills required for this position but also possesses excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to work well within a team. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are preferred but not mandatory.
