We are seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis at our Fontana office. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails, assisting customers with inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. Additionally, the role includes providing administrative support to the sales and customer service teams, handling credit card transactions and third-party payment processes accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1 or more years of experience in customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience with common computer programs such as Excel and Word.
