About the position

The Customer Service/Office Manager role involves assisting customers both in-store and over the phone while performing various administrative tasks to support company operations and sales. This position is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient office functions.

Responsibilities

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Work directly with the owner on customer orders and quotes
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Create customer sales invoices and estimates
  • Assure price accuracy on customer orders
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Help customers select the right product
  • Manage inside sales and accounts receivables
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Record all bills into the system
  • Take sales orders from inbound phone calls and emails
  • Order products for customer orders
  • Check in inbound shipments daily
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed
  • Be productive during downtime
  • Meet customer timelines and requests

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or related fields
