About the position

The Customer Service & Onboarding Representative at BestRx Pharmacy Software plays a crucial role in empowering independent pharmacies by providing exceptional customer support and onboarding services. This position involves managing customer installations, ensuring effective communication, and offering troubleshooting assistance, all while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and manage customer installations and appointments effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned pharmacies, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct remote installations of pharmacy software and configure associated hardware as necessary.
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to inform them about software updates and enhancements.
  • Thoroughly document call information and project details for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as required.
  • Offer virtual troubleshooting assistance to customers when needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Proficiency with the Windows operating system.
  • Basic knowledge of printer troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Dependable and eager to learn new skills.
