About the position

The Customer Service Operations Specialist at Philips is responsible for managing the order intake process within the Life Solutions business. This role involves reviewing orders for compliance, creating and operationalizing orders in the ERP system, and coordinating with manufacturing groups and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing. The specialist will also communicate proactively with internal and external customers to resolve order issues and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Validating and processing all SP00 and change orders in compliance with policies.
  • Timely and proactive communication with internal and external customers, including field service engineers, to efficiently resolve any order issues.
  • Utilizing critical thinking to analyze complex contract requirements, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales support experience within a customer service and/or commercial order management environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Intermediate to advanced Math skills.
  • Excellent and concise oral and written communication skills.
