About the position

The Customer Service Operator is responsible for ensuring the quality daily operation of the facility's telephone switchboard and assisting with mail room operations. This part-time role involves providing efficient telephone services and support to all employees and customers at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality daily operation of the facility's telephone switchboard.
• Assist with mail room operations.
• Follow Operational Definitions to ensure efficient telephone services.
• Operate the switchboard to support incoming and outgoing calls.
• Maintain adequate equipment and supplies for the switchboard.
• Assist in processing all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Prepare daily activity reports on switchboard and mail room activities.
• Interact with staff and other departments in a friendly manner.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Telephone switchboard experience, preferably on a Cisco Call Manager system.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
