About the position

The Customer Service Representative - Order Entry Clerk - Purchasing Associate at Camfil USA is responsible for coordinating and monitoring office activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, and providing excellent customer service. This full-time position requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS-Office, with a focus on supporting both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of customer orders via email, phone, and walk-ins.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers courteously and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Answer phone calls and resolve any issues that arise.
• Assist in preparing price quotes for customers utilizing CRM software.
• Gain knowledge of products to understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
• Process requests for new customer account setups and credit card payments.
• Work closely with the Camfil Credit Department to resolve any issues.
• Portal invoicing and review daily reports for inconsistencies.
• Perform end-of-month reconciliation of Camfil Purchasing Credit Card and Customer Credit Card Log.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent experience of 3-7 years in an office environment.
• Proficiency in MS-Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Knowledge of an ERP system is preferred.
• Order entry and purchasing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Nice-to-haves

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in Purchasing.
• 1 year of experience in Order Entry.
