Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with call center operations is a plus
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
