About the position

The Customer Service Product Analyst role focuses on assessing customer requests for quotes, determining feasibility, pricing, and specifications for non-standard product requests. The position aims to achieve profitability and competitiveness while proposing alternative product solutions to meet customer needs. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful bid outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate activities associated with customer requests for quotes.
  • Facilitate discussions to uncover customer business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assess the feasibility of new requests and consult with manufacturing regarding capabilities and profitability.
  • Prepare formal quotes and related documents to assist the sales force in influencing customer purchases.
  • Collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, product development, field sales, dealers, and customers to win bids.

Requirements

  • Minimum of internship level experience or 2 years of professional experience in lieu of internships.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
