About the position

At this time, we are in need of a Customer Service Representative proficient in the Spanish Language—both speaking and understanding. Proficiency in English is also a must. CentraCom is a proven provider of enterprise-grade networking, communications, and connectivity services that address a wide variety of telecommunications technologies. Headquartered in Fairview, Utah, the company owns and operates a statewide fiber-optic network comprised of both metropolitan access networks and extensive coverage throughout rural Utah. A Customer Service Professional serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent service. The ideal candidate will be able to handle inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring that customers feel valued and understood. The position requires a balance of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to navigate customer interactions successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to public inquiries on the selection and availability of services and on billing questions.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution while treating customers with respect.

Requirements

  • Spanish speaking, understanding and writing required.
  • English speaking, understanding and writing required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Able to keep calm under highly stressful situations.
  • Work closely with and get along with co-workers.
  • Work with frequent interruptions (can multitask).
  • Pay close attention to detail.
