Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Three years of experience in customer service work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in complex filing systems.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and handle complaints effectively.
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of customer service operations and billing policies.
