About the position

The Customer Service Program Specialist 1 position at the New York State Insurance Fund involves providing administrative support and coordinating various business functions. Responsibilities

  • Handling administrative duties.
  • Coordinating with business units.
  • Scheduling conference rooms and conference center facilities.
  • Managing supplies, visitor and badging programming, and issuing ID cards.
  • Overseeing alarm and security operations.
  • Facilitating vendor interactions and coordinating needs with management and maintenance.
  • Providing location support for administrative projects.
  • Assisting HR with onboarding new staff.
  • Maintaining the location seating chart.
  • Facilitating workstation assignments.

Requirements

  • Six years of business experience, including four years of customer service experience; OR
  • An associate's degree and four years of business experience, including two years of customer service experience; OR
  • A bachelor's degree and two years of customer service experience; OR
  • A master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) and one year of customer service experience.
