The Customer Service Project Coordinator at Lakeside Book Company plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations between customers and the production team. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Calculate pricing for completed work orders and input data into Excel.
  • Gather essential customer job details and prepare operational work orders.
  • Close out work orders and ensure accurate billing by matching paperwork.
  • Support Account Managers and provide backup assistance as needed.
  • Review routing guides for accuracy in the system.
  • Handle freight-related inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of freight processes is a plus.
