Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette and timely follow-up on customer inquiries.
  • Prepare proposals for envelope manufacturing projects in collaboration with account managers and the operations team.
  • Advise customers on product trends and new offerings while adhering to their budgets and timelines.
  • Manage inventory and upcoming orders, addressing product delays or change orders as necessary.
  • Complete daily production tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting paperwork.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills and familiarity with measurement systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in invoicing and data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and maintain punctuality.
