About the position

Neolytix is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team, focusing on preparing and assembling medical record documentation for physicians. This role emphasizes compliance with medical record standards and offers a flexible work environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians.
• Ensure medical record compliance through self-documentation attestation.
• Update patient history, physical exams, and other pertinent health information.
• Prepare and send all documentation to physicians for review and approval.
• Monitor the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures.
• Comply with hospital and medical facility policies, including HIPAA and Joint Commission regulations.
• Perform other clerical duties to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with medical record documentation and compliance standards.
