About The Position

The Customer Service Representative position involves various duties including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment. The role requires effective communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers, both verbally and in writing. Training and orientation will be provided on the job. The position pays $16.66 per hour plus tips, and offers paid sick leave in accordance with Washington State law. Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
