About the position
An ideal Customer Service Representative should be able to take phone calls in a fast-paced environment. Able to carry many responsibilities at once. Greet customers in a polite manner and help them in a professional manner. Also, when it's crunch time, able to jump in and make pizzas with the other crew members.
