Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to ensure clients understand their funding options and application processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with a positive and empathetic approach.
  • Assist clients with their loan applications and help them navigate resources, explaining product benefits without overwhelming them with jargon.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to the team for service and product improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments, including funding specialists and tech support, to ensure seamless service for customers.
  • Guide new customers through their initial setup, ensuring they feel confident and supported.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles, although training is available for the right candidate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
