The Customer Service Representative position is a vital role within our thriving organization in Walnut, focusing on providing exceptional support to the management and sales teams. Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the Sales team and clients.
  • Document discrepancies in order information accurately.
  • Enter orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Upsell products and handle inbound calls regarding product information, specifications, and pricing.
  • Complete projects assigned by the Sales Manager, involving research and data compilation.
  • Gather resources for comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and direct customer calls appropriately.
  • Compose grammatically correct email correspondence with clients.
  • Perform various clerical duties including entering and processing orders.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Recent experience with EXCEL and MAS 90 or AS400 within the last 2 years.
  • Attention to detail in documenting discrepancies and entering orders.
  • Business to business (B2B) sales experience required.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced environment.
