Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls in a busy call-center environment.
  • Schedule customer service appointments.
  • Enter data into a computer system.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Make outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and ability to work a 40-hour week, including weekends.
  • Availability to work between 11:00am - 8:00pm.
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Prior experience in a call center is a huge plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Familiarity with HVAC or plumbing services.
