About the position

Tri-State Aero, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage customer service tasks at the front desk of a private airport. This full-time position offers a laid-back work environment with some flexibility in scheduling, although working most Saturdays is required. The CSR will interact with crews and passengers, assist with various ground support services, and handle payment transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting crews and passengers
  • Assisting with fuel requests, car rentals, hotel accommodations, catering, limo arrangements, and other ground support items
  • Answering multiple line telephone and ground-to-air radio
  • Accepting payments for fuel and services
  • Assisting with daily reconciliation of sales
  • Balancing cash drawer
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports to management
  • Keeping facility in a professional state.

Requirements

  • Customer service skills (People skills are a must)
  • Team player
  • Communication skills
  • Very dependable/flexible
  • High level of initiative
  • Word and Excel proficient
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of customer service experience (Preferred)
