About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Rep / Floater to assist with Purchasing, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) at Bono Burns Dist., Inc. This role is crucial for supporting various departments and ensuring smooth operations across these functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while adhering to established financial guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with purchasing activities, including order processing and vendor management.
  • Support the AP department with invoice processing, payment approvals, and reconciliation.
  • Aid the AR team in managing customer accounts, invoicing, and collections.
  • Provide backup support for other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Purchasing, AP, and AR roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
