About the position

The Customer Service Representative/HR Admin role is a temporary position focused on providing efficient and accurate customer service to Human Resources and related personnel. The role involves addressing employee inquiries, resolving HR data issues, and maintaining HR data files while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate customer service to HR and Corporate Compensation personnel.
  • Research and resolve employee HR data-related issues.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and external customers via various communication methods.
  • Delegate incoming HR data work to appropriate processors for payroll inclusion.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and complaints to the Manager as required.
  • Track and document issues accurately.
  • Ensure proper approvals and authorization on all inbound transactions before processing.
  • File complete paperwork on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain HR data files and storage.
  • Assist with special projects related to Payroll.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of data processing experience.
  • Familiarity with basic human resources functions and standard policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge in payroll, human resources, and benefit processing.
  • Ability to proofread and validate data.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to articulate inaccuracies or irrelevancies in data for effective problem resolution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate is a plus.

  • Pay rate of $13.50/hour
