About the position

We are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in a call center environment, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires the ability to handle calls professionally and positively while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service calls in a professional and positive manner.
  • Provide assistance and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and maintain detailed records.
  • Prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least two years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient in data entry with good typing skills and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through on tasks.
  • Team player with strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a quick-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
