About the position

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in assisting customers by processing orders, answering inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position involves following up on orders, providing quotations, and ensuring accurate account notation in the CRM system, all while working with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
  • Follow up on orders and keep customers informed about shipping dates and backorder statuses.
  • Provide accurate quotations and lead times for customer requests.
  • Maintain complete and relevant account notation in the CRM system.
  • Work with internal and external customers to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule during peak call times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Three or more years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
