About the position

The Bilingual Financial Customer Associate (FCA) role at Fidelity Investments is a full-time position focused on providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish. Associates will assist customers with their financial needs, including inquiries about 401k accounts, withdrawals, and account maintenance. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their 401k accounts, including balance inquiries and withdrawals.
• Provide education and resources to help customers make informed financial decisions.
• Handle a variety of customer situations and conversations, driving towards suitable resolutions.
• Participate in training and onboarding to develop skills in financial services and customer support.
• Engage in team activities and well-being support during designated times away from customer calls.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Strong listening skills and empathy towards diverse customers.
• Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting basic technology issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
