About the position
The Customer Service Representative position at Axios Professional Recruitment is a seasonal role focused on providing exceptional service to customers during the busy holiday season. The representative will handle inbound calls, assist with purchase requests, and collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Field inbound calls on replacement components and catalog purchasing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse on new and pending shipments.
- Log and document purchase requests into the system.
- Manage all supply ordering and inventory.
- Communicate with various departments regarding orders, fulfillment questions, or general inquiries.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a positive service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Google applications.
