About the position

The Customer Service Representative at OneSource Staffing Solutions is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by managing orders, resolving billing issues, and serving as the primary point of contact. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and support business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and manage customer inquiries.
• Resolve any billing issues that arise.
• Support sales and business development to meet customer needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Update customer records accurately.
• Track shipment status of customer orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of business math principles for job estimation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone while entering data on a computer.
• Computer literacy on company-supported programs.
